SUCCESS TEAM LEAD

The Success Team Lead at RBP Consulting is responsible for developing and implementing training programs while leading a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure the support and satisfaction of our customers. The Success team is responsible for providing clients with knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our CRM products and services, fostering long-term relationships, and promoting customer retention. Daily responsibilities involve client interaction, team leadership and collaboration,  data analysis, and the ongoing development of customer resources and materials.
