Overview
The Technology Consultant at RBP Consulting has a RevOps focus and specializes in HubSpot CRM solutions. This is a key role responsible for providing expert guidance in optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success operations through the use of HubSpot CRM and related technologies. This role involves assessing client needs, designing and implementing HubSpot CRM solutions, and collaborating with the consulting team to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients in the roofing and construction industry to understand their unique business challenges, revenue objectives, and operational needs. Conduct in-depth assessments of existing sales, marketing, and customer success technology processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

HubSpot CRM Solutions: Develop and implement customized RevOps strategies for clients, leveraging HubSpot CRM as a central component. Recommend and implement process improvements, integrations, and automation to enhance revenue operations. Provide expert guidance in HubSpot CRM development and implementation to meet client objectives. Oversee the technical aspects of HubSpot CRM, including development, automation workflows, and integrations with other systems.

Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze client data, performance metrics, and KPIs to gain insights into the effectiveness of RevOps strategies. Use data to drive data-driven decision-making and recommend actionable strategies for revenue growth.

Technology and Tools Integration: Evaluate and recommend technology and tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools, to support RevOps initiatives. Oversee the integration and configuration of these solutions with HubSpot CRM and the point solutions team.

Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change and adapting to new RevOps strategies, particularly those involving HubSpot CRM. Foster alignment and collaboration among customers' sales, marketing, and production teams for user experience and data visibility.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and assess the performance of RevOps initiatives and HubSpot CRM solutions for customer accounts. Provide regular reports to clients and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Project Documentation: Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and organized, allowing for easier project management and handover. Well-documented projects reduce the risk of errors and improve client experiences.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.

HubSpot Certifications + other industry-related training.

Proficiency in HubSpot CRM functionality, automation platforms, and analytics tools.

Proven experience in technology consulting, RevOps solutions, or HubSpot development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for all employee benefits listed on our careers page.
Base Salary: $69,000 - $90,000 USD / yr
