Business Development Consultants at RBP are responsible for providing specialized expertise in Revenue Operations- focusing on optimizing sales, marketing, and success operations for B2B clients in the roofing and construction industry. This role involves analyzing client needs, designing and implementing strategies, and collaborating with the consulting team to ensure successful project support.



  • Client Consultations: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business challenges, goals, and revenue objectives. Conduct thorough assessments of current RevOps processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement customized Revenue Operations strategies tailored to meet client objectives. Identify and recommend process improvements, alignment, and integration between their current business departments and processes. Measure the effectiveness of these initiatives for reporting.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze client data and metrics to gain insights into their RevOps performance. Utilize data to drive data-driven decision-making and recommend actionable strategies for revenue growth.

  • Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change and transitioning to new RevOps strategies. Provide guidance in fostering a culture of collaboration and alignment among their departments.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and assess the performance of solution initiatives, providing regular reports to clients. Use data and feedback to fine-tune strategies and optimize results.

  • Project Documentation: Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and organized, allowing for easier project management and handover. Well-documented projects reduce the risk of errors and improve client experiences.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience in business consulting in the roofing or related construction industries.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools, CRM systems, and an understanding of integrated tools.

  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

  • A deep understanding of Revenue Operations best practices.

  • Client-centric with a commitment to delivering value and client success.

We strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for all employee benefits listed on our careers page. 

Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 USD / yr
