Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be a vital member of our Marketing & Creative team, responsible for bringing visual concepts to life across a variety of mediums. You will play a critical role in ensuring our brand identity is consistently communicated and visually appealing, contributing to the success of marketing campaigns, product design, customer support assets, and other key company initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Visual Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create visual designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines. Translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts.

  • Marketing Assets: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, email templates, and other promotional assets. Create visually engaging product promotions, product assets, and user guides/infographics.

  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent, on-brand design elements across all materials. Develop and update design templates for use by various teams to maintain brand integrity.

  • Digital and Print Production: Prepare design files for both digital and print production, ensuring that specifications and quality standards are met. Work closely with vendors and production teams for the design and delivery process.

  • Resource Creation and Enhancement: Edit and retouch assets, resources, and templates as needed, ensuring they meet the desired aesthetic and quality standards to be utilized by our internal team and customer base. 

  • Project Management: Follow project briefs, present design concepts and mockups to team lead, and incorporate feedback into final designs. Manage personal deadlines and communicate needs to ensure on-time delivery. 

  • Team Collaboration and Growth: Collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and product teams. Provide feedback and communicate often within the team to improve efficiency and quality of work produced. 


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or certifications in Graphic Design. 

  • 1-3 years experience as a graphic designer, with strong project examples showcasing design skills.

  • Proficiency in graphic design processes and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

  • Knowledge of print and digital design production processes and fulfilling client briefs.

  • Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Adaptability to evolving design trends and technologies.

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field. 

  • HubSpot Certifications + other industry-related training

  • Website Design & Video Editing skills

 

We strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for all employee benefits listed on our careers page. 

Base Salary: $45,000 - $68,000 USD / yr
