Overview

As a HubSpot Implementation Specialist at RBP Consulting, you support the company as part of the DevOps team by executing client data management, migration, marketing optimization, and sales enablement activities within HubSpot CRM.

This role also involves completing customer requests and building new tools for their continued success. You will collaborate closely with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and leveraging your expertise to configure and customize HubSpot to optimize their marketing, sales, and customer service processes. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and workflows to build solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, ensuring seamless integration and configuration according to client needs.
  • Customize HubSpot features, including workflows, lead scoring, email marketing, reporting, and analytics, to align with client goals and strategies.
  • Provide training and support resources on how to effectively use HubSpot to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of HubSpot solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, best practices, and industry trends to continually enhance implementation strategies and deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

  •  HubSpot Certifications & Industry-related training

  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub.

  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and sales processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Experience with other CRMs, Integrations, and automation platforms.

    Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology,, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in the roofing industry or SaaS Development is a huge plus.

In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for all employee benefits listed on our careers page. 

Base Salary: $67,000 - $85,000 USD / yr
