Overview

The HR Coordinator at RBP Consulting, INC., is a key member of the HR department, responsible for enforcing HR policies, facilitating HR-related meetings, and serving as the front-line entry point into the HR department. This role focuses on maintaining accurate HR documentation and supporting the HR Manager in project-based and operational HR tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of HR practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • HR Documentation and Legal Compliance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files and records in compliance with legal and company requirements. Help ensure that all HR-related paperwork, including contracts, new hire documents, and policy acknowledgments, are completed, filed, and managed appropriately.

  • Meeting Coordination and Support: Schedule and track onboarding/offboarding, HR meetings and employee training sessions. Ensure all necessary materials and documentation are prepared in advance and follow up on action items as required.

  • Employee Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and their respected points of contact for routing inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel. Support the onboarding process by assisting all parties with paperwork, account set-ups, and initial questions.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Support the requirement process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview materials. Assist with candidate communication and onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth hiring process.

  • Employee Relations & Issue Resolution: Offer administrative support in addressing employee concerns and questions, aiming to foster a stable and secure work environment. Monitor and escalate more serious matters to senior staff as needed.

  • Performance Management Assistance: Assist in the administrative aspects of the performance appraisal process, such as scheduling reviews and organizing documentation.

  • Training and Development Logistics: Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities, including scheduling, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.

  • Compensation and Benefits Support: Provide support in the management of payroll processes and benefits administration, including data entry and compliance monitoring and accuracy.

  • HR Data Maintenance: Assist in maintaining HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support the generation of regular reports on HR metrics to aid in operational decision-making.

  • HR Technology Assistance: Support the effective use of HR systems(Click-Up, HubSpot, and Google Drive) by inputting data and generating relevant reports as needed. Assist employees with basic queries and troubleshooting.

  • Employee Engagement: Assist and monitor employee engagement initiatives and programs. Helped conduct and review employee surveys and action plans based on feedback.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, PM Softwares, and HubSpot CRM

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information and conflict resolution with discretion and integrity

  • Proactive and able to work effectively under minimal supervision


    Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree or additional HR certifications

  • HubSpot Certifications or related training

  • Prior experience or in-depth knowledge of Canadian & US work policies

 

We strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for all employee benefits listed on our careers page. 

Base Salary: $57,000 - $71,000 USD / yr
