Data Deletion Request

This page explains exactly how to ask Roofing Business Partner to delete the personal information we hold about you, what to expect, and how long it takes. To review your full rights and how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

What this covers

RBP Consulting, Inc., doing business as Roofing Business Partner, lets you request deletion of the personal information we hold about you as a business — for example, information you submitted through a form, a booking, an email, a content or course sign-up, or your record in our CRM. You can make a request whether or not you have an account with us, and there is no charge.

What information we may hold about you

• Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Messages and inquiries you sent us, and notes from our correspondence.
• Bookings and scheduling details.
• Content or course sign-up details.
• Standard analytics and advertising data associated with your visit.
• Your contact record in our CRM (HubSpot).

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@roofingbusinesspartner.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Tell us the name and the email address or phone number you used with us, so we can find your records.
3. Tell us whether you want us to delete everything or only specific information.

We will reply to confirm we received your request, verify your identity (to protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details that only the account holder would know), and then delete your information.

What happens after you ask

Once we verify your request:

• We delete your personal information from our active systems, including our CRM (HubSpot), and instruct our service providers to do the same.
• We confirm in writing when your request is complete.
• We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If a request is complex and we need more time, we will tell you and explain why, consistent with applicable law.
• Residual copies in routine backups are removed on our normal backup-rotation cycle.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of information when the law allows or requires it — for example, to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud and abuse, or to enforce our agreements. We keep only what is necessary for those purposes and delete it when it is no longer needed.

If you ask us to delete information that we process on behalf of one of our clients (rather than information we control directly), we will refer your request to that client, who is responsible for it.

Facebook and Instagram (Meta) data deletion

If you interacted with Roofing Business Partner through a Facebook or Instagram feature — for example, a Meta login, a lead form, or a Messenger conversation — you can request deletion the same way: email hello@roofingbusinesspartner.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request," and mention Facebook or Instagram so we can locate the information.

You can also remove our app's access to your Facebook account directly. On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Roofing Business Partner, and remove it. Removing the app stops future data sharing; to delete information we already hold, send the request above.
